SERVICE SCHEDULE
Booking services online on the oldfadebastard.pt website must be submitted directly on the booking form of the entity responsible for providing the same, at least 1 day in advance of the intended date – safeguarding exceptional cases of available times for the same day (considering cancellations or unforeseen events of services not carried out by the client or exceptional availability on the part of the team).
Appointments will be considered valid and definitive immediately, in accordance with Old Fade Bastard’s respective commercial policy – in cases where the appointment has been made directly with the same.
DELAYS
In order to respect the time of our customers and our team, on the day the service is performed, the customer must show up at the scheduled time, at the location selected during the booking process, taking into account the 15-minute tolerance compared to the scheduled time. . If the customer does not show up or is 15 to 30 minutes late without prior notice or formalization of the cancellation of the service, the appointment will automatically become ineffective and it will be the customer’s sole responsibility to reschedule the service.

If a fault is identified by the provider, it has the following possible resolutions (to be consolidated with the customer): refund of the total amount paid for the service and/or rescheduling of a new appointment, depending on the availability of the establishment’s agenda.
DATA RETENTION
Old Fade Bastard is required to retain information for tax and audit purposes in accordance with applicable law.
We keep your data for the period in which you maintain your account on the site due to specific requirements and practices inherent in your sector of activity, or until the customer requests that they be deleted from the database.
